What if the customer completes the order but the payment is not successfully completed?


Hoplix automatically sends the customer 3 emails after 2 and 4 and 6 days reminding them that the payment has not been completed and is in danger of being cancelled after the two warnings. After 15 days Hoplix automatically cancels the order.


The same emails are also sent in the case of payment by Bank Transfer to remind the customer to complete the payment.
