Every time the customer leaves their email on the checkout page without completing their order an
email will be sent to remind the customer that they have an uncompleted basket. If you want a
discount code to be displayed you can set it up directly in this section:
Your Account > Store > Create/Manage > Actions > Edit Store > Email Upsell
