Order Desk is not an e-commerce platform, but an order management tool that connects multiple platforms.
Once you have created the product in Hoplix you need to create product in Order Desk you can find a How to create product in Order Desk here.
A CSV file can be uploaded in Import Data. Download the CSV file from Hoplix under Integrations > order desk > download inventory xls > order desk > import data.
