For an order to be communicated between Order Desk and your Hoplix you must first ensure that the SKUs are matched from Hoplix to Order Desk
If this is the case, there are 2 options within Order Desk to send orders to Hoplix
Automatically send for fulfilment.
Manually review each order individually before sending them to Hoplix for production.
To automatically send orders to Hoplix, which we highly recommend you do, follow these few steps:
Go to your Order Desk Dashboard.
Click on the integration you are using.
Import orders manually.
New in the menu on the left
Tick the New Order box.
Click on Hoplix.
You will then see the order in the dedicated section in your Hoplix account.
