Exported products turn out to be “out of stock” on Shopify? Here's what to do:
If you notice after exporting products to Shopify that they are “out of stock,” you may want to check your import and fulfillment settings.
Fulfillment Issue:
Check if the logistics service “hoplix-fulfillment-service” is configured correctly in your Shopify store.
Where to find it.
Go to your Shopify store.
From the Side Menu, select Shopify Online.
In the upper right corner, click on the three dots and select Manage App.
In the sidebar on the left, go to Shipping and Delivery.
Click on the first tab General Shipping Rates.
Verify that Hoplix is set up correctly as a fulfillment service. If you can't find it, enter it manually.
